Our priorities for 2008 include:

Fair pay for everyone

Our objectives are to:

• get everyone to their target pay within 5 years
• ensure that people working overtime are paid for it
• get the same rates of pay for people doing equivalent jobs
• get recognition of past service for seasonal workers, removing unfairness in job grading

Greening the workplace

We want to expand our health and safety role to include environmental issues. Nationally Prospect is at the forefront of unions’ efforts to protect the environment.

Helping you to have a satisfying career

Prospect has a network of Union Learning Reps (ULRs) to help people find out about and get access to learning opportunities both inside and outside the Trust. We are providing £150,000 of investment in learning for people, creating a learning centre and training more ULRs.
